Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. Who we are

Feramor (feramor.com and the Feramor mobile application, the “Service”) is operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. What Feramor is — and is not

Feramor is a calculation and reconciliation tool for couples: it records the terms two partners negotiate, classifies transactions from bank statements they upload, and computes each partner’s proportional contribution and a periodic net balance. Feramor does not hold, transfer, or process funds between partners — any settlement happens directly between the partners, outside the Service. Feramor is not a bank, e-money institution, payment service, or investment service, and nothing in the Service is financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the data you record — including declared incomes and the classification of transactions. Income that requires verification counts only once verified; providing forged or misleading documents is a breach of these Terms.

4. The relationship arrangement

The multiplier, support cap, gift percentage and other terms are a private arrangement between the two partners. Feramor records and computes them but is not a party to the arrangement and does not guarantee either partner’s performance. Both partners in a relationship can see the relationship’s data (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Relationships start on the Free plan. Activating a relationship costs €19.99/month per relationship, billed through Stripe until cancelled; cancelling downgrades the relationship to Free and stops future charges. The Life-Long Union contract generator is a one-time purchase of €149 per relationship. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. By purchasing a digital service you consent to immediate performance; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. The LLU document

The Life-Long Union generator produces a draft from the terms you recorded. It is not legal advice, and it has no legal force until reviewed and adapted by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction and executed or notarised as local law requires. Feramor arrangements are not marriages, civil unions, or domestic partnerships and confer no marital status.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, upload data about third parties without authority, attempt to manipulate income or classification to extract support dishonestly, probe or disrupt the Service, or resell it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that classifications and calculations are error-free — review the reconciliation before settling. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (write to [email protected]). Outstanding reconciliations are a matter between the partners. Sections that by nature survive termination (liability, law) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes go to the competent Romanian courts or, for consumers, the courts of your residence where the law so provides.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service and apply going forward. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
