Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Feramor (feramor.com and the Feramor mobile application) is operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Account data: name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your chosen role. Relationship data: the terms you and your partner record — declared incomes, the negotiated multiplier, support cap, gift percentage, support level, and their change history. Financial data you upload: when you upload a bank statement, we process its transactions (date, merchant, amount, currency, direction) and classify them; credits may be recorded as income records. Verification documents: documents you upload to verify income (e.g. payslips, platform payout statements). Payment data: subscription and purchase payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use your data
To provide the service (calculate proportional contributions, classify transactions, compute twice-monthly reconciliations), to verify income where verification is required, to process payments, to send transactional email (e.g. welcome and service messages via Resend), to prevent abuse and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), your consent for uploading bank statements and verification documents (Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interests in securing the service and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Automated processing
Uploaded statements and verification documents are processed by automated systems, including third-party AI service providers acting as our processors, to extract and classify transactions and to assess whether documents substantiate declared income. For merchant categorisation we transmit merchant names; for document analysis we transmit the content of the document you chose to upload. Results are stored; classification of a merchant is cached so it is processed at most once. These automated results are tools to assist reconciliation, not final decisions — you review them before settling.
5. Sharing between partners
Feramor is a two-person service by design. Data that belongs to a relationship — classified transactions, support amounts, reconciliation results, the negotiated terms and their history, and income verification status — is visible to both partners in that relationship. Your raw uploaded files are not shown to your partner.
6. Processors
We use third-party providers to run Feramor, under data-processing agreements, for hosting, database, background processing, automated document and transaction analysis, payments, and email. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request at [email protected].
7. Retention
Account and relationship data are kept while your account is active. Uploaded statement data and income records are kept while needed for reconciliation history. You may request deletion at any time (see below); we may retain what is strictly required by law (e.g. invoicing records).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or your local authority.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS); passwords are stored only as salted hashes; session tokens are stored securely (on mobile, in the device’s secure store); access to production data is restricted. No method of storage is 100% secure — report concerns to [email protected].
10. Age limit
Feramor is for adults only. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above; material changes will be announced in the service.
